Who we are

Inspired by life’s simple moments, amica candles believes that scent from candles should not only transform a house into a home, releasing mood elevating and relaxing scents but that, put simply, they are safe and free from nasty toxins! amica, derived from Latin meaning friend is the special choice of name for our candles because we believe amica is your friend; amica is safe to enjoy with your family, friends and loved ones, because amica candles are consciously made to be clean and safe. The fragrance in our candles is made from plant based fragrance oil which is free from CMRs, Phthalates, Allergens and Parabens. Our wick is 100 percent cotton with no hidden metals and the wax we choose to work with is simply natural soya wax combined with a little organic coconut oil. Our candles are vegan friendly and lovingly hand poured in small batches within our Wirral workshop.
