Who we are
The Yard at Waterworks Road is a thriving community of independent businesses, craftspeople and artists in the heart of Hastings. This bustling, eccentric workspace is home to over fifty small business and grows and evolves with them. The collection of traditional, Victorian red brick buildings, oversized beach huts, converted stable blocks (with the original cobbled floors, of course!) and timber framed buildings, all slightly rough around the edges, forms this truly unique place. From dog groomers to cake makers, textile artists to a traditional joiner. If you can’t find what you want in The Yard, you’ll find someone who knows where you can get it.
