Who we are
Are you a time served artist, artisan or creative, looking for events, on a regular basis, throughout the year? I'm Katy and Folk & Bespoke has been created out of my desire to provide a regular place for quality bespoke artists and brands to display and sell their work, whilst not costing them a fortune to do so. I am looking for other business to join me at Folk & Bespoke. Folk & Bespoke is giving you the opportunity to put your business out there on a regular basis in well known locations across Essex, Herts, Sussex and Surrey, building a fantastic clientele, at the fraction of the price of a high street shop. We aren’t a traditional market, or a local craft fair or art exhibition... we are different. We are small business supporting small businesses! We want to change the way people shop & explore all the indie makers that exist right on our doorstep. We have over 700 makers, artists, designers, creatives and small businesses who are part of The Folk & Bespoke Community. So much small business success is determined by the people you surround yourself with and I’m so fortunate to have such amazing craftspeople as part of Folk & Bespoke, who bring heaps of positivity to my events! All products on Folk and Bespoke have been handmade, designed or created by the seller, which means, each and every product is unique and made with love. I find customers and vendors and invite them to the site. I will choose only quality artisans and designers/ makers. When people make a purchase on Folk and Bespoke they will supporting the creative industry in the UK and directly supporting an independent artist, maker or creative. At Folk and Bespoke, our goal is to support artisans by providing them with opportunities for exposure at our events and on our website. We aim to offer them a platform to showcase their incredible talents and broaden their reach to a wider audience. We take the business of helping businesses seriously and that’s why we’ve developed an area and space just for you all to share the love and support each other. We aim to be a unique shopping experience, a celebration of small independent businesses and time served craftspeople. My aim is to put you in the spotlight and support creative communities! I look forward to meeting lots more creative people, whilst continuing to develop Folk & Bespoke.
