Who we are
Beyond The Byre is a jewellery collaboration by husband and wife team, Carolyn and David Asquith. They work in copper, pewter, silver and enamel, designing authentic and collectable handmade jewellery. Their work is eclectic and includes rings, colourful hand painted enamels, pendants, bangles and bracelets. This creative couple love experimenting, adapting processes and creating pieces which reflect the rural landscape they live in. BTB jewellery is durable, distinctively different and kind to the environment. Team BTB also curate Artisan Makers Markets in their home village of Blanchland. Blanchland is historic rural village, nestled on the border between County Durham and Northumberland, the ideal setting to promote Artisan Makers to visitors who flock to the scenic village to walk, relax, ride and unwind.
