Our Makers Markets
Each market is carefully curated to showcase a gorgeous mix of locally produced, handmade products, celebrating the creativity, skills and talent of independent makers from across Scotland. Expect to discover everything from artwork, prints and jewellery to ceramics, textiles, clothing, candles, accessories, skincare, homewares and lots more! Our makers will be showcasing their work in The Barn, with a selection of makers also located outdoors, creating a lovely mix of stalls to explore.
Alongside the market, visitors can enjoy everything Archerfield Walled Garden has to offer, making it a wonderful opportunity to spend the day discovering local businesses and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Saturday 24th April 2027
Autumn Makers Market
Saturday 25th September 2027
Applications & Closing Dates
We welcome applications from independent makers, artists and creatives who design and produce their own work. For 2027, we're introducing four seasonal application closing dates, making it easier for makers to plan ahead and apply for multiple markets throughout the year.
Our Archerfield Walled Garden Makers Markets fall within our Spring and Autumn application periods.
Spring Markets | March – May
Applications close: Sunday 7th February 2027
Autumn Markets | September – October
Applications close: Sunday 4th July 2027
All applications are reviewed following the relevant seasonal closing date, with applicants notified of the outcome by email shortly afterwards.
As our markets are carefully curated, we consider product variety, quality and suitability when selecting makers. Applications for Archerfield Walled Garden are also subject to approval by the venue's management team.

Successful applicants will receive a detailed market information email approximately four weeks before the event, followed by further market-day guidance closer to the date. All traders must have valid Public Liability Insurance.
