Real Markets at Ripley Castle is a beautiful free market held in the Castle Courtyard of the historic Ripley Castle. Featuring a fabulous line-up of local and speciality producers and makers, it’s well worth a visit each month. In addition, enjoy free access to Ripley Castle's estate grounds and gardens on market days. Also, new for 2024 is the amazing Rhythm Camp Events who will be offering children's craft workshops on market day too.
This market takes place on the last Sunday of each month (note August date change), with a special festive Christmas Market in December.
Run by Real Markets, which runs markets in Yorkshire to support independent producers and makers as well as the local community. This event not only benefits the local community but helps local producers to continue thriving too. Come and meet the makers and bakers and have a fabulous day out at Ripley Castle. Our stallholders offer food and drink, as well as local makers and producers too.
