- How to get here: The Drill Hall is well served by public transport. The tram operates between Newhaven and Edinburgh Airport (Balfour Street stop is less than 5 minutes walk away. Lothian buses 1, 7, 11, 14, 16, 25, 35 and 49 all stop on Leith Walk. From Monday to Friday, there is very limited paid parking and no free parking. RingGo operates in Dalmeny Street and other local streets. On-street parking on Dalmeny Street is free on Saturday and Sunday, but very limited, so you might not find a parking space on our street. More information on parking (including private off-street parking sites) can be found on the City of Edinburgh Council website.
