Who we are
A very happy accident, I am an accidental Gin Distiller that found a passion that I didn’t know existed. A very long story (be careful asking about it) led from a family getaway to a thriving Gin Distillery born in a global pandemic.
Hawkins Distillery embodies everything that embodies craft distilling, I learned his trade the hard way, trial and error in his kitchen with nothing but an obsession with reading up on a newfound passion. After 2 years of effort, I hit on a fabulous combination of 6 carefully selected botanicals and Bryn’s Gin was born… Just in time for the world to just STOP…
This gave a little bit of breathing space, where I developed a whole raft of additional spirits. My range now boasts (at the time of writing – watch this space) 2 vodkas and 6 gins, with many more flavours and products planned.
I don’t compromise on anything I make – craft should mean craft, and I am a firm believer that if it doesn’t come from a berry, leaf, root, bark or seed, it really has no business being in a bottle. We use absolutely zero added flavours or colours that aren’t 100% natural and come from whole ingredients.
Our products are all made with a huge amount of love and respect and we think it really shows!
