Founded by Jason Brett and support from Rob Chadband – Dapper & Suave , the business ‘Curated by Dapper & Suave’ began from a passion for retail, styling, storytelling and creating meaningful customer experiences. What started as a small curated market in a church hall in Dorking has now grown into one of Surrey and London’s leading independent pop-up shopping event brands.
Alongside their own accessory brand, — known for handcrafted bow ties, ties, pocket squares, cravats and statement accessories — Jason has spent the last nine years building events that champion creativity, diversity and genuine human connection.
Today, Curated by Dapper & Suave hosts large-scale seasonal shopping markets across stunning venues and had 5 events in The Great Conservatory , Syon Park.
Over the years, the events have welcomed more than 38,000 visitors and helped generate over £675,00 (2020 – 2026 May) in sales for independent businesses — creating opportunities for makers, artists, designers, food businesses, lifestyle brands , creatives and service related businesses to grow within a supportive community.

What makes Curated by Dapper & Suave different?
The values are simple: Curated • Kind • Connected
These are not crowded fairs or generic markets with every event thoughtfully curated to ensure a balanced mix of businesses, products and experiences from jewellery, fashion, homeware, skincare and well-being , art, candles, food and drink — each brand is selected not only for what they sell, but for the passion, service and story behind it.
Jason believes that: “People buy from people.”
That’s why customer experience sits at the heart of everything he does.
Visitors are encouraged to meet the makers, hear the stories behind the brands and discover truly independent businesses in welcoming, inclusive spaces designed for everyone.
The events are often described as: Friendly| Inclusive |Stylish| Supportive |Community-driven
Many businesses who started with Curated by Dapper & Suave have gone on to grow successful loyal customer bases through the opportunities, exposure and relationships built at the events.
