We are qualified job coaches committed to supporting neurodiverse individuals and those with learning challenges into meaningful, sustainable employment. Through our work, we help people build skills, confidence, and independence, opening doors to opportunities that might otherwise remain closed. A portion of every candle sale directly funds in‑work job coaching and hands‑on training, giving individuals the support they need not just to enter work, but to thrive within it.
