- The whole market is at street level or has accessibility ramps to all indoor venues. While parking at the event is limited, we have two FREE Park n Ride sites with a dog friendly, accessible shuttle bus. All areas are dog friendly as long as you're confident your dog will be safe and happy in crowds. It does get very busy in some areas and feature loud music in others.

- Parking is limited in the village, so please leave the car at home if possible. We operate a FREE park 'n' ride service from two nearby sites. (Apx. 1 mile from the event, so also within walking distance if you prefer). The 362 bus also runs from Chorley and Wigan bus stations through the village centre several times an hour.

Standish Christmas Market will be back with a festive street market, three craft halls, refreshments tent, two live music stages and plenty of kid's entertainment across the village.
There'll be LOADS going on for the whole family, but keep checking our social pages for updates and latest news. Our one day event has been brilliantly supported by around 5000 visitors per year since 2016 (Covid years excluded), so we aim to stay fresh and unique.
We're a non-profit organisation holding a much-loved event with a focus on community spirit. Generally speaking we're not your typical Christmas Market.

Finally, we'd love to speak to vendors who can provide warm mince pies and/or roasted chestnuts. Please get in touch!
