What is Eventaly and how will it help me run events?

Eventaly is a comprehensive market management system designed for both seasoned organisers and those just starting out.

With Eventaly, you can effortlessly accept and manage applications. With a single click, send emails to your waitlisted and declined applicants while issuing invoices to accepted participants.

Eventaly will handle payment follow-ups, allowing you to easily track who has paid, with all funds securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway. You can also communicate directly with stallholders or send operational emails seamlessly.

For both organisers and stallholders, invoices are clearly listed for tax purposes, eliminating the need for manual invoicing and payment tracking. No more creating spreadsheets—though you can export your lists if you prefer!

Streamline your market management with Eventaly and focus on what you love about your events.

How Eventaly works:

As an organiser, you can easily set up your markets with multiple dates, which can be added throughout the year. Simply specify the stall types—such as hot food, cold food, small stall, double stall—and their prices, then click publish. Then simply share the market applications with your audience.

Stallholders create a detailed profile that they can update as needed, including stall information, images, Public Liability Insurance details, food ratings, accessibility limitations, and other important information. Once completed, stallholders can apply for any stall at any market with a simple click.

As a market organiser, you’ll see a list of applications accumulating. Eventaly doesn’t promote the markets or share the link to the markets with stallholders because many organisers prefer to use their own set list of traders. Depending on your event management style, you can accept, waitlist, or decline stallholders either after the application period closes or on a rolling basis.

Organisers can manage and move stalls, offer discounts for multiple event bookings and then once the payments are in they can email operational information which gets stored on the market page.

When editing a market you can amend your market info and FAQ’s, view and manage applications, amend dates and prices, create your email notifications for accepted, waitlisted and declined applicants.

These are all mock ups of how we expect the actual website to look on a mobile (it’s not an app) and the complete website should be ready to view from 1st August.
