Vegan Fairs near me

At the Market | My Market Finds

We love a vegan market!

Andover Vegan Fairs

When’s the last time you Googled ‘Vegan Fairs near me’? We’re always looking for great vegan markets and fairs – so when the aptly named Vegan Fairs joined Pedddle, we wanted to find out more about the fantastic events they organise!

We held a quick Q&A with market organiser Daisy, and here’s what we found out…

How long have you been running markets?

I’ve been running vegan fairs and markets since 2018. The first event was in Stroud, Gloucestershire, as part of Veganuary 2018. Vegan Fairs have grown a lot since then! Click here to see all of their upcoming events.

What is your newest market, and what is special about it?

Our newest event this year was Chepstow Vegan Market, which was really exciting as it was our first time in Wales since before Covid!

It was a really busy event so we’re looking forward to doing a few more events there in 2024.

What is your favourite market that you’ve ever run?

My favourite market would have to be Salisbury Vegan Market, held in 2022. I moved to Salisbury about 4 years ago and have been keen to do an event here since I moved, but there was already a vegan event organiser in town. Last year we ended up teaming up to put on the event together and it ended up being huge! We had so many traders, it was super busy, we had live music, yoga and the weather was incredible. It was really nice to put on an event like that so close to home – with your own local community it means even more.

Why should people visit your markets?

Our markets showcase the best that veganism has to offer, from a range of incredible, independent sellers.

You certainly don’t have to be vegan to enjoy the wonderful things on offer at our markets, but we also hope that no one leaves one of our events feeling like being vegan means you have to miss out on anything! There’s always so much to see, do and eat, for everyone – vegan or not.
