Hello! I’m Jess, a seamstress and mum of two little girls. After experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, I’m passionate about helping people manage their mental health through creativity.

I make easy craft kits for complete beginners, designed to be used as a self care tool. My range of embroidery, friendship bracelet, and other craft kits, create opportunities for parent and child connection, as well and a way find to find personal head space.
