Who we are
MINOVA was born in 2019 as a designer’s brand focusing on socially and ecologically responsible arts, crafts, and product design.
The founder and designer of MINOVA, Miné OVACIK, passionately designs and hand-crafting organic “Felt Products” with a slow design and sustainable design approach in London. Her Felt Bags, contributing to Slow Fashion in various size, use, and purpose, have been launched as the “2023 Autumn Collection”.
Felt covers have been part of the product range of MINOVA since 2021 and are made for you to upcycle your used glass jars and tins into flower pots, vases, or any container. Felt finger-puppet Christmas ornaments came up to the market as the 2022 collection. Felt products of MINOVA are launched with the slogan “Feel-The-Felt” at its Etsy Store, Urban Makers’ Online shop, and various crafts and makers’ markets in London.
Miné has been leading Felt Making and Craft Workshops as she believes craft activities are good for our well-being by milking our creativity, especially in a speedy, digital, hi-tech, urban daily lifestyle.
