Who we are
Flamingo Fancies Glass produces handmade kiln fused glass jewellery and small home decor items.
Founded by Laura in 2017, Flamingo Fancies Glass came about by Laura needing a new creative outlet. After working in the Costume industry in London for 10 years she felt it was time to adapt her creativity to a new medium. After an evening course in stained glass she had found a love for glass and soon began working with kiln fused glass and Flamingo Fancies was developed.
Our home decor items often feature a bold use of colour with quirky illustrations or bold patterns fused directly into the glass. Jewellery collections range from classic dichroic glass pieces to more contemporary geometric statement necklaces. All our jewellery is one of a kind with no 2 items being exactly the same.
Flamingo Fancies Glass regularly trades at Artisan and Handmade markets throughout the North as well as on Etsy and Facebook.
