Who we are
I created Artisan Events Wales in 2013, as I knew there was an amazing talent in the hills and valleys of Wales, but some of the best markets were often in the bigger cities and towns. I find being a maker and an organiser, gives me a broader perspective when setting up events, and my markets aim to make the experience enjoyable for both traders and visitors; the type of event I would like to attend myself. I curate the best of handmade, from Wales and the borders, whether crafts, foods or arts. My markets attract amazing makers, and a regular following from the public, who trust us to provide great venues with authentic and high quality makes, suitable for all. I feel very fortunate to work with such wonderful craftsfolk and artists, regular, seasonal or new, and we all feel like one happy family!
