- The venue is fully accessible with flat floor access throughout the ground floor and a lift to access the ballroom. There are accessible toilets onsite.
- Parking
- The Sub Rooms has a variety of Car Parks within a few minutes walk of the Venue. Cheapside is based behind the Train Station and by crossing the footbridge The Sub Rooms is only a 3 minute walk away. Brunel Mall & Parliment Street car parks are also relatively close. For Access parking there are a number of spaces to the rear of the building in Bedford Street car park.
