Established in 2007 by a group of residents who were keen to promote local artists as well as showcase some of their own work, this homegrown event has gently grown year on year. This will be its 14th event and will include a wide range of talented amateurs and professionals with some stunning work on view from painters to ceramicists to glass designers, photographers, jewellers and more.
If you venture outside onto the green, tea, coffee and cake will be on offer. With the proceeds going to charity, what better way to refuel for further browsing and shopping? There will also be a mix of musicians playing in the acoustic tent and more food options from the likes of the Tibetan kitchen.
What a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon over the Bank Holiday weekend!
“The Green walk arts and crafts open house is such a special event, it’s wonderful to finally be able to welcome back the lovely community of artists and visitors that have grown over the years, we’ve really missed them”.
