Joanne Hawker has been a small business champion for many years! Her campaign March Meet the Maker (MMTM) started in 2016 as she found herself in bit of a creative rut with Instagram. She searched for a challenge aimed at small creative businesses but couldn’t find anything and one day, feeling inspired, she created her own.
#MMTM was born! A 31 day challenge which aims to show the different aspects of a business. Little did she know that it would take off and gain over 761,000 posts on the hashtag in just 6 years!
Congratulations Joanne! 🥳
Who are we? And what do we do?

Markets 101 – Free workshop

On Tuesday 28th March Nicki, our Founder will host a FREE workshop for small business owners that also attend physical markets. We will be discussing everything from stall set up to market chatter – the Market 101 workshop!
Why we love to support March Meet The Maker?
Anything we can do to help support small businesses and raising awareness of how wonderful they are – we are here for!
We know how hard it is! We have a community that discuss their challenges and find solutions together, we celebrate our wins together, we help our businesses to grow and increase their visibility online before during and after a physical market and we help our stallholders be the best stall they can be!
MMTM is also where a community of creative people come together to lift one another up, make connections and we feel this absolutely aligns with what we do at Pedddle.
