Who we are
Vintage Whatnots is a family run vintage and antiques store. On stall days you’ll most likely be talking to myself (Andrew) and David (my father), but in the background my wife Laura is also busy, particularly with our Ebay shop.
We predominately sell at stalls in the North West, most notably in Manchester and Macclesfield. We can however occasionally be found further afield at the Newark Showground or Oswestry, where you may have seen us on Bargain Hunt, selling a military field phone to the lovely Anita Manning.
We sell an eclectic mix of items, from all over the world, and feel that if we love it, someone else out there will too.
Every item we sell is unique, vintage items have their own stories, they’ve lived a life before we own them, or maybe several lives. We are here to help their story continue, to give them new leases of life.
It’s important to us that people appreciate the beauty in old things, not only for their individualism but for their longevity too. Every time someone buys a vintage piece for their home, it is one less mass produced piece that needs to be manufactured, and ultimately one less piece that will end up in land fill.
So, if you’re looking for something unusual or old, please pay us a visit or get in touch.
