Who we are

Arty Jeweller is a contemporary art jewellery brand created by Cara Codd. Living in Salford, originally from Birkenhead. Cara trained in Fine Art and now merges her painterly skills with traditional and modern jewellery making skills.

Each piece created is completely handmade, unique and one of a kind.
Limited collections of jewellery, evoking a sense of place, landscape, cityscape and coastline. Forging metal, layering and distressing vitreous enamel to create sculptural forms with patina and texture. Celebrating the beauty of the decay and aging process. Arty Jeweller is fascinated with the areas where nature and man-made elements meet and the new forms, colours and surfaces that are created. From rusty chains to moss growing inbetween paving stones, anything in the landscape can inspire the jewellery created.
The process starts with sketching from life to metal forming and enamelling, back in my studio. The ultimate goal is to create unique pieces that will find a special place in the wearers heart.
